It helps to choose the best channels for your specific industry and has quite an intuitive interface to handle your marketing budgets and to convert them to real orders.  

The system provides technical audit and automated digital marketing services based on an exclusive algorithm and a custom-written block of audit and analysis and for additional data integration with Google API and Facebook API services. The system operates on big data for providing optimization and forecasts using artificial neural networks.

Neptune Solutions is a bespoke enterprise solution boasting a sophisticated microservice architecture, developed using cutting-edge JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Nest.js, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js for both front-end and back-end. The application has been engineered following best practices in enterprise web development, leading to its official public release in July 2024.

Significant to its design is the complex integration with major APIs like Facebook, Google, and HubSpot, enhancing the platform's connectivity and functionality. These integrations allow Neptune Solutions to offer a comprehensive, streamlined user experience, leveraging the vast capabilities of these platforms to extend the application's features and services.

Furthering its architectural robustness, Neptune Solutions employs a complex microservice architecture designed to manage various processes independently, ensuring scalable, efficient, and resilient system performance. This architectural strategy facilitates the modular and agile handling of different application segments, improving maintainability and operational efficiency.

The project's success is also attributed to the strategic use of a full-stack team proficient in the selected tech stack, which resulted in a 30% budget saving. This efficiency, coupled with the agility of the development approach, enabled rapid implementation of fixes and enhancements, particularly beneficial during multiple sessions with beta users. These iterative refinements, informed by real user feedback, have significantly contributed to the platform's stability and user satisfaction, showcasing the value of a well-chosen technology framework and skilled development team in delivering high-quality enterprise solutions.

For the design of Neptune Solutions, the team embarked on a comprehensive research journey to understand and surpass the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) limitations of platforms like the Facebook ads cabinet, noted for its suboptimal design. The goal was to create a more intuitive and user-friendly experience, particularly within the admin panel, to ensure accessibility for users of varying digital marketing expertise.

To achieve this, the design process incorporated several workshops held in the United States, where the team utilized the Design Sprint approach. This method helped to rapidly prototype and test ideas, facilitating quick iterations based on real user feedback. The focus was on simplifying the admin panel's workflow, aiming to make it more navigable and understandable, regardless of the user’s background in digital marketing.

The result of these efforts was a carefully crafted UI/UX that not only meets but exceeds the standards of existing platforms. By prioritizing clarity, ease of use, and overall efficiency, the Neptune Solutions design team succeeded in creating an admin panel that stands out for its logical layout, intuitive navigation, and visual appeal. This user-centered design philosophy ensured that the final product would provide a seamless and enhanced experience for all users, setting a new benchmark in enterprise solution interfaces.
