General Motors dealer, facing challenges with real-time inventory management and pricing across its extensive dealership network, required a solution that would streamline operations and improve customer service. The key pain points were managing a diverse range of models and locations, ensuring up-to-date inventory information, and maintaining consistent pricing across all platforms.
To address these challenges, we developed a comprehensive e-commerce platform tailored for General Motors' dealership network, complemented by an admin panel that centralized control and management. This digital transformation enabled seamless integration of inventory and pricing data across the client’s three major locations, allowing for real-time updates and synchronization with the existing business infrastructure.
The platform empowers General Motors to be accessible to customers 24/7, showcasing the current inventory and actual prices, thus enhancing transparency and trust.
